I couldn't find a decent model for this so I decided to make one myself. The dimensions are accurate enough to mount it using the plastic clip included with the product or to fit it somewhere snug. The models were made in Autodesk Fusion, so the .f3d file should also have the object colours. The RJ45 ports don't have contacts.
