Universal Lathe Tool Holder using VBMT1103 Carbide Inserts · 模型 23660
By rotating the insert holder, this tool is very useful. It gives you an infinite range of approach angles and a choice of 2 different tip radii. I use VBMT110304 and VBMT110308 inserts. I machined the insert holder in my small CNC Mill. To rotate the tool holder, simply loosen the M8 screw used to clamp the tool holder shaft, rotate the tool holder to your desired angle with either carbide insert, then tighten the M8 screw. Drawings included.
