This is an update to this entry: https://grabcad.com/library/glosscover-1 In order to supply a more secure mounting system and easier assembly on location all components have been fixed inside a discrete package. In order to fix this to the new wall-mount 2 solenoids have been provided inside the enclosure. When installing the wall mount can be fixed to the wall, the cable be pulled through the opening. A plug attached to the cable can be inserted into a socket on the PCB inside the main body. The main body can then be placed over the wall mount. By swiping a special card over the contactless card reader the device will deploy the solenoids and lock itself to the baseplate. The only way to take it off again is through the network administrator, leaving no other ways to take the device off the wall. Using another card would cause a security risk because it can get lost or stolen, which is much harder to do to a systems administrator ;-) The sun/rain cover is mounted in between the wall mount and the wall making it practically impossible to tamper with the device. In the case of use without a cover the casing slides over the wall mount making it invisible and very difficult to put any object between the wall-mount and the casing. To clarify the mounting an animation of the assembly has been provided. All other functions of the previous design have been kept as is without alteration.
