This project presents a lightweight tubular chassis designed for the Urban Shell category of the Shell Eco-marathon competition. The frame is optimized for maximum structural rigidity while maintaining minimal weight to improve energy efficiency. The design uses a triangulated space frame structure to ensure high strength-to-weight ratio and good load distribution. It accommodates the driver position, mounting points for suspension, drivetrain, and body shell integration. The model was created using SolidWorks and follows basic safety and ergonomic considerations required for student-built prototype vehicles.
