Mechanical assembly of vacuum cleaner, developed from concept to mass production. I was responsible for the whole mechanical work: structure design, DFM/DFA review, mold follow-up, T0-T2 trial troubleshooting and production ramp-up. This assembly contains motor bracket, housing and snap-fit assembly structures. All plastic parts are designed for injection molding, with cosmetic and yield targets taken into account. Model purpose: technical sharing & reference for home appliance mechanical development. Not production-ready drawing.
