Here is a Valentines Heart Box I designed. After several prototypes this is what I am printing for Valentines day for my kids to take to School. Gcode is at 60% of the STL files which seems to be a perfect size for treats. 40% and smaller the writing starts looking bad depending on your printer. The cut in the bottom box is for your finger nail to open the lid. PLA prints perfect. PETG needs some tuning for the lettering to print well. I print lid with a no support in the Gcode. Bottom needs no support or Brim. Lid needs a brim, 2mm works for me. I added a Gcode for one PLA and PETG for one box and also for 10 boxes doing lids and bottoms seperate. On PETG my Gcode slows down for top layer to smooth out the PETG.
