Van Staal vsx2 100 wrench · 模型 122775
3D printable wrench for van staal x2 100. It will probably work for the 150 and lefty model as well. 1/16" x 0.5" dowel pins (McMaster #98381A419 or equivalent) need to be pressed into the holes on the spanner wrench end. If you don't need to remove the anti-reverse retainer, you can skip the pins. The side cover on the 100 (righty / left hand retrieve) is reverse threaded! CW to remove, CCW to tighten! The lefty models are *probably* not be reverse threaded. I don't have one so I'm not certain. Mine was on super tight when I first got it; you may have to use an adjustable wrench or a bench vise to crack it open the first time. When you put it back on, it doesn't need to be crazy tight. Remember, it's a 3d printed wrench. It will strip if you turn it too hard. Print with 100% infill, no supports, pocketed side of the wrench facing up. The z-seam on the holes makes them a nice press fit for the pins. If you do it on a resin printer or pretty much anything fancier than an ender 3, you might have to adjust the slicer settings or some of the feature sizes in the model.
