Variable Load Spring Support for Pipelines with Axial Roller · 模型 50528
Parametric CREO CAD model of a pipeline support. The main design parameters are controlled through the Relations table and model annotations. Changing the model parameters automatically updates the geometry, recalculates the design, and generates the corresponding spring support part number for BOM table. The model is still under development and will be extended as required for future projects. The default configuration is set for an approximate cold load of 500 kg and 10 mm upward travel. The hot load shall be determined using appropriate CAE/pipe stress analysis software, after which to be routed back to the model equations; parameters should be adjusted accordingly.
