vertical wind turbine (VWT) is a type of wind turbine where the rotor shaft is arranged vertically, perpendicular to the ground.There are several types of VWTs, including Savonius turbines, Darrieus turbines, and Giromills. Savonius turbines are characterized by their curved blades that resemble half of a barrel or drum. In this drawing, i have used naca-0018 co-ordinates for design of airfoils.
