This is a sort of template model that I made of Vevor's 2020 aluminum extrusion found on Amazon. ASIN: B0F47L334H (This is basically the Amazon product number and will pull up the exact product if searched for). There's a basic technical drawing on the product page that I used to model the dimensions of this specific brand of aluminum extrusion. Everything is square on these pieces of aluminum extrusion. They are not angled and bent straight by tightening down hardware as is the case with aluminum extrusion you'd get from McMaster-Carr or another source. This model was only extruded out to a length of 10mm as it's really more of a medium for using the profile, which I then use by extruding the profile of the cut face out to the length of aluminum extrusion needed in whatever assembly project I have going on. Hopefully it will save y'all some time.
