VHM Lochraster-Vakuumtisch 8565 Er wurde speziell von mir konstruiert, um zwei Werkstücke mit einer Größe von 800 × 300 mm gleichzeitig bearbeiten zu können – eignet sich jedoch natürlich auch für alle anderen Werkstückgrößen. Der Tisch ist für CNC-Fräsarbeiten entwickelt, bei denen Werkstücke schnell, wiederholgenau und ohne Schraub- oder Klemmvorrichtungen gespannt werden sollen. Er besteht aus einer Aluminium-Grundplatte und einer 12 mm starken POM-C-Deckplatte mit zwei getrennten Vakuumzonen im 10 mm Lochraster. Unter jeder Bohrreihe verläuft ein 3 mm Luftkanal, der in einen 6 mm Sammelkanal mündet. Abgesaugt wird über zwei G1/8-Anschlüsse (bei mir mit 10 mm Schlauch). Zur Abdichtung dient eine 4 mm Moosgummischnur in einer 3,3 mm Nut. Verbunden wird der Aufbau über 32 × M6 Zylinderkopfschrauben, optional mit Passstiften zur exakten Ausrichtung. Die Konstruktion wurde in Fusion 360 erstellt, gerendert in KeyShot, und ist vollständig funktionsfähig nachbaubar. 📎 Die Materialliste und die Lizenz (nur private Nutzung) sind im Download enthalten. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ VHM Grid Vacuum Table 8565 It was specifically designed by me to machine two workpieces measuring 800 × 300 mm at the same time – but of course, it can also be used to clamp and process any other workpiece sizes. The table was developed for CNC milling operations where workpieces need to be clamped quickly, precisely, and without traditional fixtures or adhesives. It consists of an aluminum base plate and a 12 mm POM-C top plate with two independent vacuum zones arranged in a 10 mm hole grid. Each row of holes has a 3 mm air channel beneath it, merging into a 6 mm main channel. Vacuum is applied through two G1/8 fittings (I’m using 10 mm tubing). Each zone is sealed with a 4 mm foam cord placed in a 3.3 mm groove. The assembly is fastened with 32 × M6 socket head screws and can optionally be aligned using dowel pins. Designed in Fusion 360, rendered in KeyShot, and fully ready to manufacture. 📎 Includes material list and license for private use only.
