Designed and developed a custom jig for a VMC machine to support precise drilling of a part at a specific angle. The jig ensures accurate positioning and repeatability during machining, improving quality and reducing setup time. Work included 3D modeling, angle calculation, material selection, and creating detailed fabrication drawings. The jig was tested and successfully used in production.
