I adapted this from the excellent original design by slieser on thingiverse. It has been tested on both the original Swiss holders, as well as the German made AXA holders. I have not tried it, but it will likely not fit the Create Tool holders without some modification. Generally made by 3D printing, I print them upright with a 40% infill for best results.
