Wall mounting bracket for Sony Walkman NW-WS413 and similar MP3 player sport headphones. The original charging station slides into the pocket. Clearance was designed to be about ~0.24mm from each face, but when printed with Formlabs Standard Black resin I had to use a bit of heat with a hairdryer to soften the bracket ever so slightly and get it in. There's a lip around the top edge of the opening which snaps into place and holds it securely. The four pegs on the inner surface are designed to latch into corresponding holes on the original charging station, but in retrospect they don't seem needed (and I'm not 100% certain on their alignment). You can sand them down, and also sand the upper lip, if you find the fit too tight for insertion. If you went too far and the fit is too loose, jam something (e.g. a small wedge of wood) into the extra, hollow opening to push the adjacent surface toward to the base of the charger and tighten it up. The two countersunk holes are designed for #4 wood screws, but can easily be drilled out to accommodate #6 screws (I did this), and probably #8. Designed for printing with the openings up (a bit of tilt is fine). There are no doubt aspects that could be improved upon (e.g. if the "horn" were tilted toward the wall slightly, the bracket would also work in a "ceiling" mount orientation under a shelf), but since the first print worked well for me I didn't go back and refine. The files include my 3D scan of the original charging station, if you prefer to design your own mount.
