Water Bottle — Product Design Concept · 模型 32344
This is my first CAD project, created as part of building my SolidWorks portfolio. I designed a reusable water bottle from scratch, focusing on ergonomic form, wall thickness for manufacturability, and clean surface transitions. The model includes the main bottle body, a threaded cap with proper thread engagement, and a simple grip contour for comfortable handling. I paid close attention to draft angles and wall consistency to keep the design realistic for injection molding or blow molding production. Tools used: SolidWorks (Surface & Solid modeling), rendered in [PhotoView 360 / KeyShot — whichever you used] This project helped me practice sketch-driven surfacing, revolved and swept features, and thread modeling. More projects covering sheet metal, assemblies, and reverse engineering coming soon as I continue building my portfolio.
