Ce fichier 3d est inspiré d’un motif traditionnel au Japon. Il s’appelle Seigaiha, ce qui peut se traduire par Vagues de l'Océan Bleu. Ce motif représente les vagues en éventail de la mer ouverte. Le nom provient de l'ancienne danse de cour gagaku appelée Seigaiha, dans laquelle les danseurs portent des costumes avec ce motif. Le motif est fracturé pour laisser une faille, une ouverture pour les fruits de cette tarte. Nous avons imprimé ce motif avec succès en meringue, glace royale et en chocolat.
