Here is the 3D file for my concho removal tool. It's a simple tool designed to easily tighten and loosen conchos on a Western saddle without damaging them. How to make it: 3D print the part. Cut a 40 mm diameter circle from an old car or motorcycle inner tube. 24mm diameter for the small one. Glue the rubber circle into the concave surface of the printed part. That's it! The rubber provides enough grip on the concho to easily screw or unscrew it without scratching or damaging its surface. Simple, cheap, and effective!
