I'm happy to give you this first version of my seat. This is a design-to-cost made from rotomoulded PEHD according to the fact that there are maybe few diversity of kayak bodies. The shape is optimized to give different stiffnesses especially on the backrest. Spayskirt compatible. Adjustable to the kayak body: Not adjustable Comfort and adjusting to the consummer's body: Based on an ergonomic rotomolded PEHD shape Strong enough: The study show that a single 2.5mm PEHD skin is strong enough against the different loads. Mass: 1.18 kg Material: Seat and backrest rotomoulded from PEHD. I took E=1000 MPa µ=0.46 Rp0.2=25 Mpa Max A few standard mecanical supplies (4 nuts).
