This project consists of the design of a rotating assembly table for semi-wing structures. The system includes precision fixtures (jigs) to correctly position and hold structural components during assembly, ensuring alignment and repeatability. A key feature is the rotating mechanism, which allows the entire wing assembly to be turned during the process. This enables full access to both sides of the structure, improving ergonomics and assembly efficiency. After completing the internal structure, the design allows for the application of the wing skin (covering panels) without repositioning the assembly. The structure was designed focusing on rigidity, stability, and ease of operation, supporting accurate and efficient manufacturing. Developed in SolidWorks, with detailed assembly and technical drawings.
