Feel free to download, rate and comment! I often use wire ropes for the marine products that I design for MNV Nautical Systems. In order to present realistic renders, wire ropes have to be shown. Therefore, I upload the 3D Model of a 1" wire rope 6x12 for the community. Here are some general information about wire ropes: https://sizes.com/materials/wireRope.htm Diameter: 1inch=25.4mm Length: 2500mm (2.5m) NOTE: This model is for rendering purposes, therefore I have not designed the core of the wire cable to keep it light. I upload Solidworks, Step, IGES and Parasolid file for the community.
