This is my sixth version of the airplane bearing bracket for this challenge. Mesh size is 1.5mm 407,337 DOF In the closeup, image 9.png, the peak stress are concentrated at the hole as is typical in a fea study and made the value exceed the target envelope, but the next highest value was a lot closer to the limit.
