This wooden battery box is designed to hold up to 16 LiFePO4 cells and includes space for a BMS, LCD display, main switch, 200A high-current terminals, and four 50 mm caster wheels. The box has a two-layer structure: the inner compartment holds the battery cells, and around it is a 50 mm gap for thermal insulation, which is then enclosed by an outer OSB shell. The frame is built using 25×50 mm wooden battens, and the outer layer is made from 10, 12, and 15 mm thick OSB boards, depending on the area.
