Workbench for loading and transporting workpieces in workshops and factories(Scissor) · 模型 118828
Hydraulic Scissor Lift Workbench / Loading & Transport Table 1. General definition and functional purpose: It is a mobile, hydraulically raised workbench or platform that operates using a scissor mechanism, designed specifically to lift, lower, load, unload, and transport workpieces, materials, components, or equipment within a workshop or factory environment. It is considered a vital link between different workstations, compensating for differences in height and eliminating the need for manual lifting. 2. Mechanical principle and operation (scissor mechanism): Basic structure: Consists of one or more pairs of crossed steel arms (like scissors), held together by a pivot pin at the center of the intersection. Lifting mechanism: When these crossed arms are extended or retracted, the upper platform rises or lowers vertically with extreme stability. Power source: The arms are usually moved by a double-acting hydraulic cylinder, which provides great lifting power and smooth movement. Scissor mechanism advantage: Provides exceptional stability and stability under load, with even weight distribution, and is safer and stronger than simple telescopic systems of the same height. 3. Basic and structural components: Base Frame: A sturdy steel frame, usually made of square tubes. Equipped with 4 wheels/casters, two fixed wheels and two swivel wheels equipped with a brake pedal to stabilize the table during operation. Contains containers or shelves for storage (in some models). Top Platform/Table: Work surface made of perforated steel sheets (for friction) or wooden boards (to protect workpieces). May contain safety ledges and D-rings for securing loads. Common dimensions: from 1000x600 mm to 2000x1000 mm or more. Lifting System: Manual or electric hydraulic pump (Hand Pump or Power Pack). Hydraulic cylinder connected directly to the scissor arms. Safety/relief valve to prevent overloading. Lowering control valve allows for safe, controlled lowering. Control System: Manual pump handle (for manual pump) or on/off switch (for electric pump). Handle or lever to control the lowering valve, often equipped with an emergency lowering feature. Scissor Arms: Made of high-tensile steel plates. Mounted on bushings or bearings to ensure smooth movement.
