Let’s make our bike individual by using the opportunities given by 3D printing! I used an average textile production technique, weaving to reach the aim. Until now in the industry we could only produce woven goods (Cloth, woven basket) from those materials which are flexible. The bycicle tyre designed by me, can be produced from either plastic or metal which meets the steadyness standpoints and aesthetically gives positive experience to the user and his surroundings. On the applied radial woven threads, instead of spokes, you can observe constantly changing diameter along the radius direction which can be realized by the 3D printing technology. The flexible, solid, non inflatable tyre would be made up of layers with different flexibility printed upon each other.
