XL Timing Pulley 30T & 45T, 8 mm Bore, M5 Set Screws – Printed & Tested · 模型 127290
An XL timing pulley pair, 30 and 45 teeth on 8 mm bores, printed and run on a 150XL belt. Two M5 set screws per hub thread straight into hex-shaped holes in the plastic, with no nut or insert; the 45-tooth pulley has five spokes, and both print their flanges in place. Printing - Printed on an Anycubic Kobra 2 Max in PETG, 0,15 mm layer height. - Print the "-w-supports" files. Breakaway supports hold each top flange, which prints in place; snap them off after printing. - Turn the M5 set screws straight into the hex holes: they cut their own thread in the plastic. - The STLs are exactly what was printed for the photos: pulley 1 with 0.2 mm of print compensation, pulley 2 with none. The STEP file is nominal size.
