This project showcases a custom-designed base mount plate for the ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 4060. The original GPU design does not include provisions for base mounting, so I developed this plate to integrate the GPU securely into a device I am working on. The design is tailored for internal use and allows for stable mounting in environments where base mounting is the optimal solution. Features: Material: The plate is made from 5052 Aluminum, chosen for its excellent corrosion resistance and machinability. Mounting Provisions: Includes 4 x M3 brass inserts, allowing easy and secure attachment to the device structure. Custom Design: The plate was designed entirely from scratch as ZOTAC does not provide 3D models for their GPUs. While not a perfect replica, it is a functional solution for internal projects. Files Included: STEP files for universal compatibility. Native SOLIDWORKS Part and Assembly files, enabling further customization. Purpose: This project is ideal for engineers or makers who are working on custom device enclosures or integrations where GPU base mounting is necessary.
