Large 3D printer with phenolic resin rails, V wheels, NSK Z rails and trucks, NEMA 17 and 23 steppers, inductive sensors, and MK8 extruder. Mostly imperial HD/Tractor supply fasteners with CNC router and plasma cut parts. Several welds. Successful build using parts cut directly from included CAD file parts with usual cut allowances (not included in the CAD file). Bed was never constructed and printing was on phenolic or plywood slabs supported by the bed support arms. 51st (and last) in a series of 3D printer designs and builds. Large. Heavy. Adult size hand tools required (preferably including a torque wrench).
