90mm Fender Kit for Exway Atlas – Reverse Engineered & 3D Printable · 模型 154474
This project is a custom-designed fender and splash guard solution for the Exway Atlas equipped with original 90mm wheels. Since Exway only provides factory mudguards for the 160–200mm wheel setups, this kit was developed through reverse engineering to create a clean OEM-style solution for the smaller street wheel configuration. The geometry was designed around the original Atlas chassis and mounting system, allowing the fenders to be installed directly using the factory mounting points and hardware from the larger wheel version — no modifications to the board are required. The main goal of the project was to reduce water spray, dirt, and debris thrown from the wide 90mm wheels during real riding conditions, while maintaining proper wheel clearance and suspension movement. The design has been physically tested and validated on-road. The parts were optimized specifically for 3D printing and should be manufactured using durable engineering-grade materials such as: PETG-CF ASA-CF or other high-strength reinforced filaments Standard low-strength materials are not recommended due to vibration, impacts, and long-term outdoor exposure.
