AFK HooniClaw is a competition-ready 1lb (454g) Antweight BattleBot designed for durability, precision, and high-impact performance. Despite its conservative weapon design, HooniClaw delivers impressive kinetic energy through a triple-stack stainless steel vertical spinner driven by a high-torque 1:2 pulley system for rapid spin-up and reliable weapon performance. Key Features: • Triple-stack stainless steel weapon assembly • PA6-CF (Carbon Fiber Nylon) baseplate and structural girder chassis • TPU side armor for impact absorption • GT2 6 mm steel-reinforced weapon belt • Dual-supported drive wheel shafts with bearings to eliminate cantilever loading • Ultra-lightweight PA6-CF wheel rims (approximately 6 g each) • High-traction, high-torque drivetrain optimized for pushing power • Precision-engineered design with tolerances approaching 0.1 mm Electronics: • Drive Motors: N20 12V 500 RPM gear motors • Motor Driver: VIPER NANO Dual Channel Motor Driver • Weapon Motor: SpeedyBee 2006 Brushless Motor This project is being open-sourced to support the combat robotics community. STEP files, printable parts, assemblies, and build resources are included to help builders create, modify, and improve the design.
