This is a ready to use (or to personalise) model to put on any 3D printer and can be assambled right after you take it from the print bed. (Tech Sheet included) Fittings and tolerances are set for Ultimaker ABS material, so you'll have to adjust some of them for other brands or material species to fit or move as they should... The spring action movement is designed within the main body by the material's own flexibility/resilience for an average sized phone. If you want to change the spring tension, you need to make the legs thicker or thinner. Make sure to place the parts on the print bed as shown in the screenshots. In this way you realize the best strength ratio (taking the print lines into account) on parts where the most force arises. Only extra thing you'll need is a M5x15 nut and bolt to attach the fan clamp to the body. Superglue works fine to, but is not so strong for impact. Demo video attached with download files.
