Sized by default for 2-1/2" ducts, but could be scaled for other sizes. Designed for 3D printing. Four parts; eyeball, trim ring, housing and retaining ring. Should probably use filaments that can take the heat of a closed car on a hot summer day. Because filaments and printers differ, you might need to scale the parts for optimal fit. You can add a 1", #10 machine screw to the back of the eyeball to limit the rotation.
