Chuck spider for my Emco Maximat 11 stock chuck (EMCO/RÖHM) Chuck spacer is usable when you want to turn short stock in your standard chuck and can in some circumstances replace soft jaws. Part from the printed parts spider and spacers you will need to get some 12x3mm N48 Magnets and a M4x30 screw and maybe a nut (or brass insert for plastics) when the threads in the spider get worn out. (UPDATE/NOTE! get a flat/countersunk head socket screw and countersink the spacers so screwhead gets flush with the spacers). As an alternative you can simply remove the edge fillet on one side of the cad model and pull to make your self a set of different thickness of spiders. More will follow ;) Printed my spider in ABS and the distances in PLA but I guess any fairly stiff 3D printing material will work or even better CNC mill them out of aluminum ;) Neither Design or idea is mine and this CAD is based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5680570
