CAD Files Updated 5/10/19 Original CNC Cue Lathe concept model. The following parts were downloaded from GrabCad or other 3D model repositories: tailstock, BK/BF12 bearings, stepper motors, ballscrew nuts, couplers, HGH15 bearings and spindle motor. The headstock is based on a 4th Axis GrabCad model by Nate Duxbury. All other parts were drawn for this model. 5/10/19 V92 Corrected an error in profile rail hole spacing calculations. 4/22/19 V91 Modified all stepper motor mounting plates (enlarged center hole to 1.53"), adjusted Y Stepper Motor Plate mounting holes to center on X Plate, reduced Z Stepper Motor Mount height from .591" to .500". 4/19/19 V89 Added missing holes to headstock, tailstock and steady rest. 4/17/19 V88 Corrected an alignment problem with Y-Plate Ballnut and changed extrusion mounting bolts to 5/16"-18. 4/16/19 V85 Corrected a problem with Y Axis rail car mounting holes. 4/04/19 V83 Corrected a problem with BK12 mounting hole spacing. 3/31/19 V79 Added some missing tapped holes and re-positioned some others to avoid interference with other holes. Modified dimensions on a couple of parts. 3/29/19 V74 corrected some clearance and material size issues.
