Tube notcher for CNC plasma table. Uses 70mm rollerblade wheels to turn the tube. instead of using a rotary axes biased on degrees this one just uses x or y movement to position the tube. With a ratio 1.731585039 inches per stepper motor revolution. In cad just make sure the pipe you are designing with is the same as the one you are building with or else it will not do a full rotation. By using driven wheels SFR is automatically taken care of with no extra calculations for tube diameter. Best part is that no extra cam software is needed. I am using a 784mm gt2 timing belt and I printed all of my pullies besides the main stepper motor drive. Didn't bother putting the belt in to the cad. Tools needed. CNC plasma table, 3d printer, Lathe for spacers, Sheet metal break, and regular shop tools.
