DIY 3D Printer | Complete SolidWorks Assembly (Inspired by CoreXY Design) · 模型 232596
This is a fully designed DIY 3D Printer modeled in SolidWorks 2025, inspired by open-source CoreXY architecture. Every component, from frame profiles to belt paths, is modeled with precise mechanical constraints. The project demonstrates my integration of mechanical design, motion transmission, and thermal systems—showing how a 3D printer can be built from scratch. Main features: Solid aluminum frame design (20×20 profiles) Lead screw Z-axis with dual linear rails CoreXY belt-driven motion system E3D-style hotend + cooling system Heated bed and BLTouch auto-leveling mount Software used: SolidWorks 2025, Visualize 2025, and Cura for reference dimensions. File formats included: .SLDASM, .STEP, .SLDPRT, .SLDDRW If you’re building a DIY 3D printer or studying mechatronic systems, this model can be a great starting point.
