Double Row Flowmeter Filling Machine – Inline Type · 模型 97257
Inline double row filling machine with flowmeter-controlled multi-nozzle filling head. Bottles enter the machine in two rows on the conveyor. The filling head fills one row, then moves sideways to the other row. While the second row is being filled, the first row is discharged and new empty bottles are fed in. This alternating system keeps the nozzles working almost all the time and reduces waiting time between cycles. Main features: - Double row alternating filling with a single multi-nozzle head - Side-shifting filling head between the two rows - Flowmeter-based volumetric filling for high accuracy - Vertical nozzle movement for bottom-up / dive filling - Separate bottle stopper and positioning system for each row - Adjustable side guide rails for different bottle sizes - Inline infeed and outfeed belt conveyor - Fully enclosed safety guarding with transparent panels - Robust steel frame with closed lower cabinet Suitable for detergents, chemicals, oils, cosmetics and food liquids in HDPE and PET bottles.
