SolidWorks 3D model of Equation Driven Involute Spur Gear, with changeable Variable Dimesion. Model 1.1, 2.1, & 3.1 are for a maximum Number of Teeth value of 41, while Model 1.2, 2.2, & 3.2 are for Number of Teeth values above 41. This is because starting from a Number of Teeth value of 42 and above, the Dedendum Circle Diameter will be greater than the Base Circle Diameter. For a more complete explanation, see the source video for model 1 at minute 15:40. A slight difference between the three models is in the equation for creating the Involute Curve. To open the "Equation" file, change the file extension from .txt to .xlsx.
