Here we have a filling machine that is intended to show conceptually how to make butter from cream from milk - no matter which dairy animal it comes from - which normally still contains too much water and should be reduced to the fat. You can also buy it - it's called ghee - and also pure fat butter. This pure fat butter has an infinite shelf life - so exactly what we demand in our specifications - yes, demand: long-lasting and storable food that can be preserved without refrigeration. These are jars with a content of 440 grams - for normal household use.
