Final 2024 New NURover 6DOF Robotic Arm · 模型 27438
The updated, as built version of NURover's 6DOF robotic arm, designed entirely by me during Summer-Fall 2023. The wrist/end effector is not included in this model but both can be found as another of my models. As opposed to the previous design uploaded, this features many improvements including integrated frameless motors in each harmonic actuator, and many other small design changes, including encoder and electronics mounts, DFM changes, and lightweighting. This was facilitated by the fully master-sketched design, allowing for major changes with ease. Construction is almost entirely custom machined aluminum 6061-T6 parts, with 3D printed parts for electronics mounts.
