Mosquitos cannot controlled completely without science.. the basic idea behind this is reducing the mosquito population by Sterilization of male mosquitoes in laboratory. first of all the larvae or eggs of mosquitoes are collected from the stagnant water or else the container can be directly kept for the mosquitoes to lay eggs by filling it with water and keeping it in separate location. Then the larva or eggs are allowed to grow in which 40% of the eggs or males. The fact that male mosquitoes don't suck blood so it is been separated from the female mosquitoes by attracting the female mosquitoes with male pheromones and killing it. Now the container will have only male mosquitoes which will undergo gamma radiation and will be sterilized. Now these sterilized mosquitoes are released around various parts of the city which will undergo reproduction with female mosquitoes but the eggs lay by females mosquitoes will be weak due to sterilized male mosquitoes which will reduce the mosquitoes population in large scale.. Though this is large scale control we can design big things for this process but we model and print equipment , storage containers , etc. for the process and this should be monitored properly because it involves gamma radiation. we can alter the design in any way we want to store the eggs
