Hinged cavity design. Parts: Brick - Urethane Cavity - Injection molded plastic Hinge x 8 - Injection molded plastic Seal - Rubber seal (must have more height than the modeled seal to achieve desired pressure) Assembly: Insert Brick and rubber seal into the cavity. Hinges must be installed in pairs at same time. Hinges rotate on brick sides, bottom tabs contact with cavity tabs pushing down the brick, sealing it with the cavity. Finally the hinges are secured locking the middle hinge clip with the cavity. Same operation for all pairs of hinges to complete the assembly. Disassembly: Push down upper side of a pair of hinges for unlock middle hinges clips. Rotate both hinges down in opposite direction. Remove hinges of the assembly. Repeat operation for last three pairs of hinges.
