A GT2 timing pulley pair, 30 and 45 teeth on 5 mm bores, printed and run on a GT2 belt. The 45-tooth pulley is cut down to three spokes on a 1 mm web, both print their flanges in place on breakaway supports, and two M3 set screws per hub bite into captured nuts. Printing - Printed on an Anycubic Kobra 2 Max in PETG, 0,15 mm layer height. - Print the "-w-supports" files. Breakaway supports hold each top flange, which prints in place; snap them off after printing. - Push an M3 nut into each slot in the hub and turn the M3 set screws in against the shaft. - The STLs are exactly what was printed for the photos: pulley 1 with 0.2 mm of print compensation, pulley 2 with none. The STEP file is nominal size.
