This collection features advanced heat sink designs for Thermoelectric Generator (TEG) systems, specifically engineered for waste heat recovery. The project includes models for both hot-side gas heat exchange. The files include two main types of hot-side internal geometries: Spacing Models: These designs feature winglet vortex generators with variable longitudinal pitch, where the spacing between fins gradually increases along the flow direction to optimize pressure drop. Hybrid Models: These configurations combine upstream winglet vortex generators with downstream straight fins. This hybrid approach is designed to balance heat transfer enhancement with flow stability.
