It was in 2014 that I designed this Magnetic Robot to inspect the Oil and Gas Tenkers autonomously or tele-operately. Its Critical for Oil and gas tanks to get checked regularly due to corrosion therefore, a Robotic Solution could solve this problem effectively. I presented this Idea at that time to the Ministry of Oil and Gas in Iran as an start-up Idea, However, they did not welcome it and rejected the proposal with the Excuse of that Human labor is Cheaper for us to use rather than an expensive Robotic Solution. I have decided to upload this Model here for you to enjoy it. You can equip the Robotc with Different type of Sensors, including image-based or Ultrasound, to get a very good overview of the Structure of Tankers beneath of it.
