I have found when I’m behind the swim blocks I need to relax and roll all the lactic acid out of my muscles, this product can do that. Along with race days it can help after practice when your coach just kicks your butt and you can’t move your body from the soreness. The small, sleek design makes an ideal fit into any bag ANYWHERE! I really put a lot of effort into this Roller so it can attack any challenge thrown its way. The roller fits snug into the holder yet rolls with ease. The inspiration for this futuristic design roots to my swim background and being an athlete I always seemed to miss my sore spots on my body so this accommodates for this issue. Also on the upside if you are not into sports this device is a perfect cookie roller for those crazy cheat days. Either way when you use this product satisfaction is a guarantee. How can it not be? No matter what there is something for everyone big or small.
