Regardless of the child’s toy appearance the colors are to help distinguish the separate parts of the clamp. This CHAMP handrail clamp effectively works by sliding the open end over the rail and fastening it down by hand. Then the set screw in the middle is tightened by hand to apply pressure to the pole to prevent slippage and provide a stable connection. The heads of all the custom made screws are irregularly shaped to provide better grip so that they are able to be fastened down easily by hand. The clamp is complete with the seat track printed onto the main body with correct dimensions.
