Our ionic tip becomes conductive with a coating of double thin tape, i.e. stackable layers +,+,+ three antistatic levels. We use conductive pencil leads in the differential towards the output -. the whole is ionic, ionic or plasma chamber of convection between the charges. We also want to connect the resonance of an external ultrasonic echo to each sublayer polarity. Please don't forget your glue to stuck everything togeteher. Need external power source 20kv up to 400 000kv. Finally a small ionic nozzle to test the electrical thrust.
