Offset Coil Winding Tool for Motorized Bicycle Coil · 模型 209135
I made this jug to fix and balance the coil in a electric drill for faster rewinding. I used M8 bolt with 14mm nut for the axle, the coil is fixed with some zip ties and I achieved pretty good counterbalance with 4 M6 x 20mm allen bolts and nuts. These parameters can easily be changed in the Solidworks file. The OG Coils have arround 4650 turns with AWG 35 wire, I rewire them with arround 7000 turns and AWG34 wire for increased voltage and current. Don't trust these parameters, make calculations based on the mass of wire that comes out of your coil.
