For the earlier posted Alternator 120 Watt, I used this Coil winding design. The coil winder is positioned and hold on a threaded rod "M8". The trheaded rod is driven by a hand-drill tool. This coil winder is designed in a way that after the coil is completed, the coil can be pressed in the stator cavity with this coil winder. Then unscrew the two end caps and leave the "coil core" behind, together with the coil.
