The Carey Kite Winder make winding string fast! This handy plastic winder makes reeling in your line easier! With spinner handles and angled line guides, this winder can take in 10" of line per turn. Holds up to 1,000 feet of 50-lb line. The ORIGINAL Product is manufactured by company: Carey's Winder 317 State Street Pulaski, Virginia 24301 and is named CAREY'S WINDER, with an U.S. Patent No. D0260 479. Here's the link to the website: https://www.careyswinder.com/ My model is a very accurate replica with five components, whereby each of two components are identical, namely the HANDLE and the END CAP. The REEL and the HANDLE are made of plastic (material has to be defined). The END CAP is made of rubber (material and Shore-A Hardness has t.b.d.). Further metallic components are not needed, because of a snap joint with two plastic arms on each side of the REEL. The original fastening method of the handle on the reel is designed for a simple injection moulding process and surely one of so many other solutions only. Try to create another proposal and let me know it, in form of added pictures to a left project comment. I think, that this model could be more or less interesting for someone and I hope, that it is also 3D printable. The model is available in following data formats. STEP-file of the complete assembly, STL-files (.stl) of all components and all native files, (.prt) and (.asm), in a (.7z)-folder, for users of »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«
